Frequently asked questions
Everything a local business usually asks before ordering.
Quick5Stars is a physical NFC card for local businesses. Customers tap it with their phone and are sent straight to your Google listing page, where they can leave a review.
The card contains an NFC chip. When a compatible phone is held near it, the phone offers to open a Quick5Stars link, which routes to your Google listing.
No. Tap-to-open NFC is supported natively on current iPhone and Android devices. There is nothing to download.
To the Google listing page you provide at checkout, via the Quick5Stars redirect layer.
Yes. Because the card points to a Quick5Stars link rather than directly to Google, the destination can be updated without replacing your cards. Contact support and we will update it for you.
No. Quick5Stars records that a card was tapped. It cannot see or confirm whether a review was submitted on Google.
Card taps: totals per card and per location, by day and by month. It measures interaction with your card, not review submissions.
The Tracker is free for 30 days, starting when your purchased card is activated.
No. Your cards keep routing customers to your Google listing. Only the analytics dashboard depends on the Tracker.
Yes. Many businesses place cards at several counters or tables, and the Tracker shows engagement per card.
Yes. Quick5Stars representatives can help local businesses order, and your order is attributed to them with their referral code.
If a representative or partner gave you a code, enter it in the optional Referral Code field at checkout so your order is credited to them. It is optional and does not change your price.
Processing and estimated delivery details are provided with your order confirmation or shipping notification.
Email support@quick5stars.com and we will help with orders, setup, Tracker access, shipping or returns.
