1. 1. Agreement

   These Terms of Service apply to your purchase and use of Quick5Stars products and services, including the physical NFC cards and the Quick5Stars Tracker. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

2. 2. The product

   A Quick5Stars card is a physical NFC card that, when tapped by a compatible phone, opens a Quick5Stars link that routes the customer to the Google listing page you provide. Quick5Stars does not submit, generate, solicit or guarantee reviews on your behalf.

3. 3. Orders and payment

   Card purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe. Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged. We do not store your full card details.

4. 4. Tracker access and billing

   The Quick5Stars Tracker is included free for 30 days from card activation. Continuation at $5.00 per month applies only if you affirmatively opt in at checkout, and can be cancelled from your dashboard at any time.

   Tracker data reflects card taps. A tap records interaction with a Quick5Stars card; it does not prove that a review was submitted.

5. 5. Your responsibilities

   You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details and Google listing destination you provide, and for using your cards in a way that complies with applicable law and with Google's own policies on soliciting reviews. You must not use Quick5Stars to incentivise, filter or manipulate reviews.

6. 6. Shipping, returns and refunds

   Shipping and delivery are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Returns and refunds are described on our Returns & Refunds page. Those pages form part of these terms.

7. 7. Service availability

   We aim to keep tap routing and the Tracker available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our control may cause interruptions.

8. 8. No affiliation with Google

   Quick5Stars is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC. Google and the Google logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

9. 9. Limitation of liability

   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick5Stars is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or lost reviews. Our total liability relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. 10. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Continued use of Quick5Stars after an update means you accept the revised terms.
