1. 1. Information we collect

   When you order, we collect the details you enter at checkout: business name, contact name, email address, phone number where provided, shipping address, your Google listing destination and any referral code. When a card is tapped, we record the tap event and limited technical information such as time and coarse device/browser data used to route the request and filter automated traffic.

2. 2. How information is used

   To fulfil and ship your order, link your cards to your Google listing, route taps, provide Tracker analytics, send order and support email, and operate and improve the service.

3. 3. Payments

   Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our systems; we retain only order and payment status information needed to run your account.

4. 4. Tap tracking and analytics

   Tap events are recorded against the specific Quick5Stars card. We do not receive information from Google about whether a review was written, and we do not identify individual customers who tap a card.

5. 5. Cookies and local storage

   We use cookies and browser storage where they are needed for the site to work — for example to keep you signed in to the Tracker or to remember a referral code during checkout.

6. 6. Data sharing

   We use service providers to run Quick5Stars, including Stripe for payments, our hosting and database infrastructure provider, and an email delivery provider. They process information on our behalf so we can provide the service. We do not sell your information. We may disclose information where required by law.

7. 7. Data retention

   We keep order, card and tap records for as long as your cards are active and afterwards for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations.

8. 8. Your choices

   You can ask us to correct your business details or your Google listing destination, turn off Tracker continuation from your dashboard, or request deletion of your account data by emailing us. Some records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them.

9. 9. Security

   We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections and access controls to protect information. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

10. 10. Children

    Quick5Stars is a business product and is not directed to children under 13.

11. 11. Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
